1. The manager was rude. We played phone tag for almost a week, and when I finally got ahold of him to confirm the unit, he said that I had "poor planning." His customer service skills are a joke.
2. His wife came to drop off the contract. They changed the price on the unit almost $30 more than what I was told on the phone. She was very nice, but the business deal was shady at best.
Eval: If you're OK with dealing with a rude jerk who will change his price on you at the last second, feel free to do business with A B's. The unit's are of quality, the customer service is not.
3. The unit was in excellent condition. That was the only upside to the business exchange.
